Cougar Beach Bash A Success

HOUSTON -- The University of Houston Volleyball program hosted its third annual Cougar Beach Bash on Saturday at R.A. Apffel East Beach Park in Galveston, Texas.
"For three years, we've been able to host this great event to benefit our program," Head Coach Kaddie Platt said. "We are very thankful to all the participants and look forward to their continued support this upcoming season."
The Cougar Beach Bash saw 96 teams compete in the tournament with all entry fees benefitting Houston Volleyball.
The bash featured 11 divisions -- Men's 2's (AA, A), Women's 2's (AA, A), Coed 2's (A, BB), Co-Ed Recreational 4's (2 Guys/2 Gals) and Junior 2's (18U, 16U 14U, 12U). All entries received a free t-shirt for their participation.
SHASTA PASS
The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is once again proud to offer the Shasta Pass for the 2017-18 athletic season. For just $80, Cougar fans can purchase one Shasta Pass, which allows season-long general admission entrance to all Houston Volleyball, Soccer, Women's Basketball and Softball home games.
The Shasta Pass offers Houston fans a substantial saving as single-game tickets start at $5 for all four sports. To purchase a Shasta Pass, call 713-GO-COOGS.
