HOUSTON â€" Houston Baseball will hit the road once again for a three-game set at American Athletic Conference foe Memphis this week as the Cougars and Tigers face off in a pivotal series, beginning Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
The series will continue Friday at 6:30 p.m. and wrap on Saturday at 12 p.m.

QUICK HITS ON HOUSTON
- Houston enters the weekend series with a 23-9 overall record and a 4-2 mark in league play.
- Houston is led offensively by Jake Scheiner's .398 clip, 49 hits, 11 home runs and 37 RBI.

Following the weekend series, Houston will travel to Sugar Land, Texas to take on Sam Houston State in Game 1 of the Sanders Cup at Constellation Field. First pitch is slated for 7 p.m. The Cougars will then return to Schroeder Park for a three-game series vs. Tulane on April 21-23.
