TUCSON, Ariz. â€" The University of Houston Women's Golf program continues its spring season when it tees off at the MountainView Collegiate, beginning Friday morning.
The three-day, 54-hole tournament begins at 9:30 a.m. (CST) Friday on the 6,227-yard, par-72 course at Mountain View Golf Club with 18 holes scheduled each day through Sunday.
Saturday's Second Round begins at 1:30 p.m. (CST) with Sunday's Final Round starting at 9:30 a.m. (CST).

TEAM FIELD
The Cougars will face Arizona, Central Arkansas, Colorado State, Kansas State, Middle Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico State, North Texas, Oklahoma, UNLV and Redlands Community College.
THE LINEUP
Leonie Harm â€" Second on team with 73.30 scoring average and tied for team lead with six rounds of par or better… Tied for 10th at Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate at English Turn Golf & Country Club with score of 217 on Feb. 19-21… Captured first title of her career with a score of 218 at the Texas State Invitational on Feb. 13-14 at The Bandit Golf Club in New Braunfels, Texas… Was Houston's first NCAA Championships participant in school history after tying for seventh at the 2016 NCAA Baton Rouge Regional... Native of Gerlingen, Germany, and product of Privatgymnasium St. Leon Rot.
Allie Andersen â€" Third on team with 74.00 scoring average but tied for team lead with six rounds of par or better… Fired three straight rounds of par or better to lead the Cougars and tie for 11th at the Jim West Challenge on Oct. 9-10 at The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, Texas… Joined Cougars in 2016-17 after competing for first two years at Colorado State… Native of The Woodlands, Texas, and product of The Woodlands High School.
Megan Thothong â€" 75.00 average with one round of par or better… 2016 All-American Athletic Conference honoree… Tied for 16th at Texas State Invitational with score of 228… Competed in U.S. Amateur Championship in August 2016 for the second straight season… Native of Dallas and product of Plano West Senior High School.
Ivon Reijers â€"75.38 average and tied for third on team with three rounds of par or better… Made her collegiate debut at season-opening Mason Rudolph Championships on Sept. 16-18… Opened and closed that tournament with even-par rounds of 72 and tied for 18th with score of 219… Native of Barcelona and product of Maristes and Redlands Community College.
Courtney Tibiletti â€"75.92 average with one round of par or better… Tied for 11th at the Bearkat Invitational (Oct. 3-4, 2016) with a score of 222… Native of Huntsville, Texas, and product of Huntsville High School.
LAST TIME OUT
The Cougars hosted the first home tournament in program history, welcoming 16 teams â€" including nine of the top 25 â€"into The Dickson at The Woodlands Country Club on Feb. 27-28.
The Cougars finished 10th with a score of 889 with Harm leading the way with a score of 218 to tie for 18th for her third straight top-20 finish to open the season.
UP NEXT
Following the MountainView Collegiate, the Cougars take part in the Clover Cup at Longbow Golf Club on March 17-19 in Mesa, Ariz.
From there, Houston competes at the Clemson Invitational, scheduled for March 31-April 2 at The Reserve at Lake Keowee in Sunset, S.C.
