#HTownTakeover NFL Preseason Week 2 Recap

HOUSTON -- With 13 alums on NFL rosters entering 2016 training camps, the #HTownTakeover is well represented across the league and 10 of those players, including six rookies, donned an NFL uniform for the second week of preseason action. Take a look around the league to see how they performed...

Pittsburgh's Demarcus Ayers had two punt returns for three yards in a 17-0 Steelers' loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Ayers has shown his versatility so far this preseason, adding 15 rushing yards on one attempt and one reception for five yards in the preaseason to go along with his punt returns.

Alex Cooper of the Bengals gave great effort in Cincinnati's 30-14 win over the Lions. Cooper, who was part of the 2015 Houston championship team, looks to compete for a spot on the final roster.

Kenneth Farrow was inactive for the Chargers' 19-3 victory over Cardinals after missing practices due to an injury. Last week he led the team with 60 yards on 16 carries and also had two receptions for 25 yards.

Nolan Frese of the Seahawks had nine snaps in Seattle's 18-11 loss to the Vikings.

D.J Hayden recorded one tackle in a 20-12 loss to the Packers which brings his preseason total to two tackles. The former first round draft pick enters his fourth NFL season with the Raiders.

Lee Hightower of Indianapolis recorded one tackle in a 19-18 loss to the Ravens. He now has a total of five tackles in the preseaon.

Cincinnati's William Jackson III is not expected to see any action in the preseason after suffering a torn pectoral muscle in training camp.

In the Rams' starting QB role, Case Keenum went four-of-five for 53 yards and one touchdown in a 21-20 win over the Chiefs. Keenum is now 10-of-12 for 111 yards and a touchdown in the preseason.

Derrick Mathews played in his second NFL game of his career in a 20-12 win for the Packers over the Raiders.

Falcon's Joey Mbu sacked Cleveland's Josh McCown in Atlanta's 24-13 victory over the Browns. He enters his second season with the Falcons after joining the team as undrafted free agent, working his way on to the active roster in his rookie year.

Adrian McDonald recorded one tackle in Chargers' 19-3 win over the Cardinals. In week one McDonald made a splash recording three tackles with one forced fumble.

Elandon Roberts had three tackles in a 23-22 win over the Bears in his second career NFL game. He has a preseason total of eight tackles through two preseason games.

New England's Sebastian Vollmer has not played in the preseason thus far. He underwent shoulder surgery and is expected to be placed on IR for the 2016 season.
