Tom Herman Golf Classic Set for June 13

HOUSTON â€" The 2016 Tom Herman Golf Classic has been set for Monday, June 13, at the Wildcat Golf Club. The event, which benefits the Houston Football restricted fund, is set for a 1 p.m. shotgun start with registration and lunch opening at 11 a.m.
Participation in the 2016 Tom Herman Golf Classic comes in a variety of forms. Individual entry fees start at $200 and foursomes, including a hole sponsorship sign, starting at $1,000. Houston fans can also advertise their companies and organizations by selecting a number of hole, corporate and title sponsor opportunities and packages beginning at just $250. The day will begin with registration and lunch at 11 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m. and will conclude with the post-tournament awards dinner featuring a live auction. An 8 a.m. tee time will also be available for participants should the 11 a.m. tee time reach capacity.
Dinner attendees will have the opportunity to bid on items from a private jet trip to an away Houston Football game with a sideline pass and dinner with Houston Vice President for Athletics Hunter Yurachek and UH staff, Cabo Timeshare Villa del Arco or Villa del Palmer for a week, Golden Nugget Lake Charles Package, golf with Coach Tom Herman at Royal Oaks, a J.J. Watt framed and signed jersey and helmet, Elvin Hayes framed and signed jersey, a Case Keenum framed and signed jersey and more.
Chaired by Darryl Schroeder and Garry Plotkin, the event will also offer participants a number of hole-in-one prizes including a new car and a trip for two to Costa Rica complete with a private jet, condo and deep sea fishing.
