His 42 receptions rank seventh nationally and while his 556 yards and three 100-yard receiving games rank fourth in The American Athletic Conference. Bonner ranks sixth nationally with 26 receptions of at least 10 yards.
The 19th-ranked passing offense in the nation, Houston is the only team in The American with three receivers each with at least 25 receptions with Bonner followed closely by Steven Dunbar with 30 receptions and Chance Allen with 26.
