Nolan Frese Named Third Team All-American

HOUSTON - Houston long snapper Nolan Frese is the latest member of the Houston Football program to receive an individual honor as he was named a Third-Team All-American by Chris Sailer Kicking & Rubio Long Snapping.

The Roanoke, Texas, native did not have a bad snap on the year, connecting on all 156 of his snaps â€" 75 extra point attempts, 17 field goal attempts and 64 snaps to the punter.
A vital part of a Houston punt team that ranks fourth nationally in punt defense with an average return of 2.19 yards, Frese also had five tackles this season in punt coverage.
A noted Chelsea Football Club fan, Frese closed his Houston career as a three-year starter at long snapper, and earned a bachelor's degree in business in December.
