Herman Matches $25K in new 46ers Donations

HOUSTON -Since announcing he would match up to $25,000 in new donations to the 46ers 14 days ago, Houston Football head coach Tom Herman has seen $35,300 in new donations pour in to Houston Football's sport-specific giving club whose mission is to help fund the priority needs of the Houston Football Program and take it to the next level.
Herman's commitment of $25,000 to match the new donations gives the club $60,300 in donations in the last two weeks and $81,950 in commitments since Herman's hiring last Dec. 16.
"We are ecstatic to welcome new 46ers into this vital program," said Herman. "The financial support provided by the 46ers helps provide the best competitive advantage for our student-athletes. We cannot thank our new 46ers enough for stepping up and making a difference and we look forward to new members continuing to join."
46ers membership for the 2015 Houston Football season starts at just $500 and may be paid in full or on a monthly basis via Houston46ers.com.
The 46ers is one option for Houston Football supporters to contribute to the program. Fans can also join The Huddle, a giving club with membership starting at $6,000 annually with exclusive access to the Houston Football program in addition to the 46ers benefits.
Contributions have a direct impact on the Houston Football program and give coaches the financial competitive advantage they need for recruiting and operating an FBS program at the highest level. Every dollar goes directly to the UH football program.
