UH Announces Ticket Operations Changes

HOUSTON - The University of Houston Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has shifted ticket operations back under its leadership as it continues to prepare for the upcoming 2015-16 athletics year.
With the switch, Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Sales and Operations Brooke Smoley will oversee ticket operations and sales after serving one year as Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Sales at UH.

Bobby Cash has been named the department's Director of Ticket Operations after spending the last two years as Coordinator of Ticket Operations at Middle Tennessee State University. He joined the Blue Raiders in April, 2012 and was promoted to coordinator after just one year.
"Brooke has done an outstanding job leading our sales crew and is a valuable member of our External Leadership team," said Senior Associate Athletics Director for External Operations Jeramiah Dickey. "We are excited for the opportunity for her to oversee athletic ticket operations and look forward to her and Bobby enhancing the customer experience. We expect great things from both internal and external teams in 2015."

2015 SEASON TICKET RENEWALS
Season ticket members may renew in full or use an interest free payment plan. To be eligible for the seat upgrade process, season ticket members must renew their current season tickets. Seats not sold as season tickets in 2014 will immediately be made available for new sales at the beginning of the renewal process.
