Houston Readies For Solinco Houston Open

Houston - The Houston women's tennis team returns from a successful trip at the CCLR Collegiate Invitational in Little Rock, Arkansas for their first home tournament of the fall.
Senior Charlotte Phillips, junior Rocio Martin, and freshman Angela Lorenzo will make up the Cougar contingent for this weekend's tournament. Martin and Lorenzo will represent the Cougars in doubles play as well.
Seven schools will be making the trip to Houston, including cross-town rival No. 23 Rice. SMU, St. Edwards University, Stephen F. Austin, Lamar University, McNeese State, and Louisiana Tech will take part as well.
The matches will begin at 9 AM each day on the John E. Hoff Courts.
