HOUSTON - University of Houston track and field athletes not competing at the Penn Relays are set to compete at the J. Fred Duckett Twilight Meet Saturday at Rice's Hollaway Track/Ley Field.
Athletes from UTSA, Lamar, UT-Pan Am, North Texas, Stephen F. Austin, Incarnate Word, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Houston Baptist and McNeese State are scheduled to attend the meet along with Houston.
Field events kick off the meet at noon with the men's discus and women's hammer throw. Afternoon running session begins at 4 p.m. with the women's 100m hurdles and the evening running events are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. with the women's 4x100m relay.
