HOUSTON - The University of Houston Football program held its annual Pro Day Monday with 10 former Cougars working out for representatives from 18 NFL franchises.
Kent Brooks, Kevin Forsch, Richie Leone, Xavier Maxwell, Zach McMillian, Josh McNeill, Ralph Oragwu, DeAnthony Sims, Colton Valencia and Austin Wilson all participated in the event which began with measurements, vertical jump, broad jump and bench press in the Elmer Redd Sports Performance Center.
The group then moved to the Yeoman Fieldhouse portion of the Athletics/Alumni Center for the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle and three-cone drill before select individuals participated in position drills.
Leone, who attended February's NFL Combine in Indianapolis, participated in measurements only before heading out to the Houston Football practice turf for an individual punting session for NFL representatives.
