Houston Softball Adds Six for Class of 2015

HOUSTON -The University of Houston softball program announced the signing of six incoming student-athletes to national letters of intent on Wednesday afternoon. Elise LeBeouf, Brooke Vannoy, Presley Bell, Savannah Heebner, Sarah DeCarolis and Rachel Hill will join the program for the 2015-16 season.
"This is the class we have been waiting to sign," head coach Kyla Holas said "I am so excited about the talent level of this group of athletes and look for big things to happen for Houston once they step foot on campus."
Four of the future Cougars hail from Texas (Vannoy, Bell, DeCarolis and Hill) while LeBeouf comes from Louisiana and Heebner is from Colorado. The class consists of two pitchers, two infielders, a catcher and an outfielder.
Houston begins its 2014 home campaign hosting two tournaments with the Houston Invitational (Feb. 13-15) and the Houston Classic (Feb. 20-22). The Cougars went 33-23 last season and advanced to the NCAA postseason for the fourth consecutive year.

Fans can purchase season tickets online by visiting UHCougars.com/SBtickets and following the appropriate links or contact the UH Athletics Ticket Office at (713) GO-COOGS.
To purchase tickets in person, fans can visit the Athletics Ticket Office located on the northeast corner of TDECU Stadium, just outside of Gate 1 off Cullen Boulevard. Parking is available in the TDECU Stadium parking garage with the first 30 minutes free of charge. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
All UH main campus students are admitted FREE to regular-season softball home games with a valid student ID.
