The Cougars enter this week's event after finishing fourth at Michigan State's Mary Fossum Invitational on Sept. 13-14.
THE LINEUP
Kajiki leads the Cougars this season with a 75.33 scoring average. After posting back-to-back 78s in the first two rounds of her collegiate career at The "Mo"Morial Invitational on Sept. 8-9, the Hiroshima, Japan, native rallied with a 73 in the final round of that event and then finished third at the Mary Fossum Invitational.
Thothong is a close second on the team with a 75.83 average. The Plano, Texas, native was a steady performer at the Mary Fossum Invitational, finishing eighth with a score of 227, in only her second collegiate event.
Bremer was the team's leading competitor a year ago, winning the HBU Husky Invitational title and leading the Cougars in all categories in the program's first year of existence. The Anaheim, Calif., native tied for 12th at the season-opening "Mo"Morial Invitational and advanced to the U.S. Women's Amateur Championship Round of 64 earlier this summer, a first in program history.
Gilbreth will make her second appearance of the fall season. The Bellaire, Texas, native tied for 20th at The "Mo"Morial Invitational to open the year and competed in six events a year ago.
Ferguson makes her season debut after competing in all 10 events a year ago. The Clear Lake, Texas, native finished second on the team with a 76.17 average in 2013-14 and enjoyed a pair of top-10 finishes.
Rollo sat out the entire 2013-14 season as a redshirt. As a prep star at Barbers Hill High, she was a four-year letterwinner who won 10 tournaments and was an Academic All-State and All-District selection.
