Cougars in the NFL: Week 6

HOUSTON - Week 6 wrapped in the National Football League as several Cougars made appearances for their respective teams.
WR Donnie Avery (KC) and the Chiefs did not play in Week 6 as they were scheduled for a bye week. They will be back in action in Week 7 when they visit the San Diego Chargers.

RB Jackie Battle (TEN) rushed for a touchdown in the Titans' Week 6 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Battle and the Titans are set to visit the Washington Redskins in Week 7.

LS Thomas Gafford (KC) and the Chiefs did not play in Week 6 as they were scheduled for a bye week. They will be back in action in Week 7 when they visit the San Diego Chargers.
