Campbell Named to American Weekly Honor Roll

PROVIDENCE, R.I.--- Senior forward Te'onna Campbell became the first Cougar to be named to The American Athletic Conference weekly honor roll after posting 16 points and 10 rebounds in Houston's game vs. UCF last Saturday at Hofheinz Pavilion.
The Ontario, Calif. native notched her third straight double-digit scoring game last Saturday, and seventh overall this season, as she scored a team-high 16 points, all in the second half for her second consecutive double-double and fourth on the year overall.
The 16 points also tied a season high for Campbell, who also poured in 16 points in Houston's win over Kent State on Nov. 30.
Campbell will try to provide the Cougars with her third consecutive double-double performance when they take on USF, Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. CT inside Hofheinz Pavilion.
