Baseball to Honor First Responders, Earth Day, Sunday

HOUSTON— The University of Houston baseball team will recognize First Responders and Earth Day on Sunday, April 22 in the series finale against Marshall at 11 a.m. at Cougar Field.

FIRST RESPONDERS DAY
- Tickets are only $5 for police, fire & rescue, and their families
- All First Responders are invited to participate on the field during the National Anthem
- Kidzone activities available beginning at 10 a.m. (inflatables, speed pitch, face painting, activities, and more)
EARTH DAY
- Green UH, the university’s Sustainability Taskforce will be present
- Demonstrations, practices to increase awareness about sustainability
- Fun facts on video board; Shasta present
- Recycled material games for fans throughout the day
