Beall Earns Conference USA Player of the Week Honors

University of Houston junior running back Bryce Beall earned Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week honors for his 195-yard rushing performance vs. UTEP on Friday night.
Beall shattered his previous collegiate best of 176 yards vs. Tulane in 2008 and matched a career best three rushing touchdowns en route to UH's 54-24 win over conference foe UTEP in the the league opener. Beall's total pushed the Cougars over the 300-yard mark rushing for the first time since 2007. He carried the ball only 19 times for a per rush average of 10.8 yards.
This is his first conference player of the week honor.
