Football Season Ticket Locations Open to the Public on Tuesday

HOUSTON - Beginning at 8 a.m., Tuesday, all available locations can be purchased by the public. When fans call the Athletics Ticket Office or visit UHCougars.com, they will be able to choose their exact seating location at that time.
After finishing upgrade requests and seating fans who ordered their season tickets in advance, officials from the Athletics Ticket Office now are able to sell exact locations to fans.
Fans can visit the Athletics Ticket Office - located on the first floor of the Athletics/Alumni Center - from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday or call 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647). Fans always can purchase tickets by visiting UHCougars.com and clicking the Tickets link.
MEMORIAL DAY HOLIDAY
The Athletics Ticket Office will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. It will reopen for business at 8 a.m., Tuesday.
TICKETS
Season tickets are on sale now, and fans are encouraged to purchase soon due to record sales. General admission season tickets are only $120, while reserved season tickets begin at only $185.
Fans also can choose from a variety of packages, including the Family Plan, which includes two adult and two youth South End Zone General Admission season tickets for only $249. For families with more than four members, additional youth tickets can be purchased for $75 each.
THE SCHEDULE
The Cougars open the 2010 season when they play host to Texas State on Sept. 4 on John O'Quinn Field at Robertson Stadium. It will be the first of six home games for the Cougars in 2010.
From there, the Cougars meet UTEP (Fri., Sept. 10), Tulane (Sept. 25), Mississippi State (Oct. 9), UCF (Fri., Nov. 5) and Tulsa (Homecoming, Nov. 13).
Robertson Stadium has become one of the nation's toughest venues in the nation. The Cougars bring a 15-game home winning streak into the 2010 season opener, tying for the country's fourth-longest active streak.
