The five former Cougars that are listed on a MLB team's 40-man roster include, Michael Bourn (Houston), Jesse Crain (Minnesota), Rob Johnson (Seattle), Chris Snyder (Arizona) and Garret Mock (Washington).
In addition to those athletes, seven Cougars are playing their way through the minor league ranks. Here is a complete list of those players and the major league organization they are associated with:

He currently plays for the Billings Mustangs, a rookie league affiliate of the Reds. The Buda, Texas native has pitched in six games and holds a 2-1 record with a 1.04 ERA. During that time on the mound, Joseph has allowed five hits with nine strikeouts.
