No. 14/15 Softball Will Host Marriott Houston Classic

HOUSTON--The University of Houston softball team will host the Marriott Houston Classic at Cougar Softball Stadium on Feb.13-15.
In addition to Houston, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Indiana, NC State and Texas State will participate in the tournament.
The Cougars are coming off a 3-1 weekend in Cathedral City, Calif. where they beat UC-Riverside, 5-0, James Madison 10-3, and Oregon State, 12-4. UH lost to California, 10-2.
Houston will play Oklahoma State (Friday at 5 p.m.), Oklahoma (Saturday at 5 p.m.), NC State (Saturday at 7 p.m.) and Texas State (Sunday at 1 p.m.).

Tickets are $5 and available in advance at www.UHCougars.com or by calling 713-GO-COOGS. Fans may also purchase tickets at the gate beginning prior to the first game at Cougar Softball Stadium. Tickets will serve as an all-day pass for all games that day.
Next Up
Following the tournament, the Cougars will play Baylor Wednesday, Feb. 18 in a mid-week double-header with the first game slated to begin at 3 p.m.
