The University of Houston baseball team wraps up its regular-season, non-conference schedule when it heads west on Interstate 10 to meet UTSA at Roadrunner Field at 6 p.m., Tuesday.
The Cougars will be looking for revenge after the Roadrunners visited Cougar Field and escaped with an 11-9 win in 12 innings on April 30 in a game that took nearly five hours to finish. UH also will be looking to return to its winning ways after being swept by Conference USA rival and fifth-ranked Rice last weekend at Reckling Park in Houston.
Tuesday's game will be the first time that the Cougars have visited Roadrunner Field since enjoying a 16-8 win in 2004. Although UTSA claimed a 4-3 win in San Antonio on Feb. 27, 2007, that game was played at Wolff Municipal Stadium.

Senior outfielder Jake Stewart continues to lead the Cougar offense and is looking to join an exclusive group in Cougar history. With 13 home runs and 21 stolen bases entering Tuesday's game at UTSA, Stewart is only the fourth member of the 10-20 Club in UH history.
Goefrey Tomlinson (16 home runs; 25 stolen bases in 1997), Dustin Carr (11 home runs; 23 stolen bases in 1997), Shane Buteaux (12 home runs; 27 stolen bases in 1994) join Stewart in the club.
In addition, the Santa Fe native leads the Cougars and ranks among the C-USA individual leaders in runs scored, doubles, slugging percentage and on-base percentage.
Senior infielder Bryan Pounds, who was named to the Silver Glove All-Series Team for the second time during his career on Sunday, leads all Cougar sluggers with a .372 batting average.
Head coach Rayner Noble had not announced Tuesday's probable starter as of press time.
This is the third consecutive season that the Cougars have faced UTSA on the diamond. The Cougars own a 13-6 (.684) lead in the all-time series, which began in 1992 and has been played at least once every year since 2006.
The Cougars have posted a 3-3 record against the Roadrunners in San Antonio.
UTSA (37-14, 21-6) comes into the game after enjoying a home sweep of Southland Conference rival Nicholls State last weekend. With that, the Roadunners clinched the Southland Conference regular-season championship for the second straight season.
Outfielder Michael Rockett leads the Roadrunners with a .379 batting average, while Trent Lockwood is tops with 13 home runs and 70 RBIs.
Righthander Steven Vasquez is scheduled to toe the rubber for the Roadrunners on Tuesday. This season, he has posted a 7-3 record with 68 strikeouts and a 5.50 ERA in 70.1 innings.
