Floyd Continues Success At NCAA Championships

Sacramento, Calif. -- Senior Ebonie Floyd cruised to the finals of the 200 meters Thursday at the NCAA Championships in Sacrament, Calif.
The Houston, Texas native finished second in the semis with a time of 22.63. The finish followed a 22.95 race earlier in the day during the prelims.
Floyd will run in the finals on Saturday at 12:58 p.m. The meet will be shown live on CBS from noon to 2 p.m. Friday's competition will be shown on CSTV from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Floyd will also run in the 100 meter finals at 8:25 p.m. on Friday.
Junior Ivan Diggs advanced to the high jump finals late Wednesday after clearing 2.10m/6-10.75. He will compete in the finals at 5 p.m. on Friday.
