Soccer Concludes Homestand Tuesday

HOUSTON - The University of Houston soccer team concludes its seven game home stand at 3 p.m. against Nicholls State at Robertson Stadium tomorrow afternoon.
The Cougars come into Tuesday's contest winning four of their last six games including a 2-2 tie against North Texas on Sunday.
Last time out the Cougars took on the Mean Green in a game that turned out to be a thriller. Houston forced the Mean Green to overtime behind two Kristin Bay goals, including one in the final minutes. In overtime both teams had opportunities but neither one could capitalize on them.
Last Friday Houston blew by TSU 10-0 in a game where Sophia Mundy had four goals and set the school record for number of individual goals in a single game.
Nicholls State comes into Robertson Stadium after falling to Alabama on Friday, 14-0. The Colonels are led by forward/midfielder Tori Priddy, who has accumulated three goals, an assist, and seven points in only five games.
