Nesloney Named NPF All-Star

STAFFORD - The Texas Thunder of the National Pro Fastpitch League announced that former University of Houston softball standout Kim Nesloney has been named to the 2005 All-Star Game in Lisle, Illinois.
Nesloney is hitting .244 with 23 stolen bases for the Thunder this season.
"When she first walked into my office door you wouldn't have known the impact that Kim was going to make on the program," UH head coach Kyla Holas said. "With her hard work and her dedication that she showed us everyday, she has earned the success that she enjoys now professionally."
During her career with the Cougars, Nesloney hit over .300 in both her junior and senior seasons earning Conference USA First Team honors.
The NPF All-Star Game is slated for Sunday, August 28th, and will be televised on ESPN2 and Comcast SportsNet.
Nesloney will return to the Houston Program after the NPF season is completed as a Volunteer Assistant Coach under Holas.
