2003-04- Cross Country: Was Houston's top runner throughout the regular season...earned All-Conference USA honors with a 15th-place finish at the C-USA Championships...finished in third place at the Rice Cross Country Invitational, Hawaii Big Wave Classic, and the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Invitational. Indoor: Was the Conference USA champion in the mile run and had a third-place finish in the 3000 meters at the C-USA Indoor Championships...had a season-best time of 4:07.06 in the mile at the Florida Fast Times Invitational...his best time in the 3000 meters came at the Tyson Invitational with 8:29.48. Outdoor: Had Houston's best time in the 5,000 meters...finished in seventh place at the Conference USA Championships...won the 1500 meters at the Texas Southern Relays...finished in third place at the Rice Twilight meet with a season-best time of 3:51.89...also finished in fourth place at the Texas Invitational and seventh place at the LSU Alumni Gold.
