We are aware of the difficulties experienced by some of you in terms of traffic control, purchasing tickets, picking up will call tickets and some of the concession stands not being very responsive when you attended the Rice-UH game at Reliant. In spite of the fact that this was a home game for Rice and we had no influence over the game management and organization of Sunday's game, we have called to the attention all of these issues with the management at Reliant. We are currently working with them to make certain the UH--Miami game on September 23, is handled in a more efficient manner. Thank you for your patience and support.
