Cougars To Close Practices

HOUSTON, Texas - In preparation for the annual season-opening clash with Rice in the Administaff Bayou Bucket, University of Houston head football coach Art Briles today announced that UH practices will be closed to the general public beginning with the Tuesday, August 24 practice. A decision to re-open the Cougar practices will be made at a later date. Only members of the media and family members will be allowed to attend practices, and both must check in with either the Sports Information Office or the Football Office. --- www.UHcougars.com ---
