With heavy rain moving through the area, the University of Houston's baseball game against No. 4 Rice was postponed, head coach Rayner Noble announced on Tuesday.

Game Four of the annual Silver Glove Series will be made up at 7 p.m., Wednesday, at Cougar Field. Tickets for Tuesday's game can be redeemed at the makeup game on Wednesday.

Rice leads the best-of-5 Series 2-1 after taking an 8-3 win at Reckling Park on March 30.

UH freshman righthander Shea Hancock (0-1, 4.98) is scheduled to start Wednesday for the Cougars, while Rice is slated to throw righthander Josh Baker (4-2, 4.04).
