Sterling Bank to Sponsor 2004 Conference USA Baseball Tournament

HOUSTON - Sterling Bank has agreed to serve as the sponsor for the 2004 Conference USA Baseball Tournament, hosted by the University of Houston at Cougar Field, officials with the UH Department of Athletics announced Thursday evening.
The 2004 Conference USA Baseball Tournament presented by Sterling Bank begins at 9 a.m., Wednesday, May 26 and wraps up with the championship game at 1 p.m., Sunday, May 30.
Fans can purchase tournament tickets by calling 713-GO COOGS. All-session booklets with reserved seating are available for $50, while general admission seating will cost $40.
Single-day tickets will be available for $15 for reserved seating, $10 for general admission and $5 for youth general admission. Youth is defined as all students 18 years old and younger or students at participating C-USA schools with valid IDs.
Single-day tickets will not be available for purchase until May 26 and will be based on availability.
The Cougars will continue their quest for the C-USA regular-season championship when they meet Cincinnati in a three-game series this weekend at Cougar Field. That series begins with 7 p.m., games on both Friday and Saturday before wrapping up at noon, Sunday.
