Ticket Office Sold Out of Super Regional Tickets

HOUSTON - The University of Houston Ticket Office has sold out of tickets for this weekend's NCAA Super Regional against crosstown rival Rice at Reckling Park.
Officials with the UH athletics administration confirmed that the ticket office had sold out of its ticket allotment from Rice by Wednesday afternoon.
The Super Regional begins at 6:05 p.m., Saturday with Game Two slated to start at 2:05 p.m., Sunday. If necessary, Game Three will be played at 12:05 p.m., Monday.
The winner of the best-of-three series advances to the NCAA College World Series with a first-round matchup slated against the winner of the NCAA Super Regional at Columbus, featuring Ohio State and Southwest Missouri State.
Fans can still catch the action from the games in a variety of ways.
All three games can be heard live on KAXF 88.3 FM or over the Internet at www.UHcougars.com.
In addition, fans can watch the action on television this weekend. Saturday's game will be televised by ESPN Regional, while Sunday's afternoon affair will be shown on ESPN2. If necessary, Game Three of the series will be aired live on ESPN.
Bill Jones will call the play-by-play action, while former Major League player Pete Incaviglia will add the color.
