Cougars Netters Swept By Tulsa

HOUSTON - The University of Houston tennis team was defeated 7-0 by No. 47 Tulsa Wednesday at the Chancellor Racquet Club. With the sweep the Cougars drop to 8-8 overall and remain 1-2 in Conference USA play.
Houston's Miranda Foley was impressive in the No. 1 singles spot, edging No. 9 Alicia Pillay in their first set 7-5, but was overcome 6-2 and 7-5 in the final sets.
