The University of Houston softball team will be holding an informational meeting on Aug. 28 at 3 p.m. for individuals interested in walk-on tryouts. The meeting will be in the Academic Center for Excellence in the Athletics/Alumni Center on the UH campus.

Tryouts for the 2002 season will be held September 8 from 2-4 p.m. For more information or directions, please call Beth McClendon at 713.743.9368.
