Nolan Stern joined the University of Houston Athletics Department in September 2023 and was elevated to assistant director of grounds, facilities and events in November 2024. Stern oversees and maintains athletics and intramural fields, including mowing, fertilizing and paintings for fields.
Stern first started at Houston Athletics in May 2022 as a summer intern and was hired as the grounds coordinator in Sept. 2023.
In 2023, Stern earned his Associate of Science in Golf and Athletic Turf Management from Kirkwood Community College.
