Khoeny Dolisca joined the Houston Athletics Equipment Department as the Director of Equipment Operations for Olympic Sports in January 2023.

Mr. Dolisca is the primary liaison for Nike and Jordan apparel for all Olympic Sports teams at the University of Houston where he oversees uniform design, inventory and apparel contracts for Olympic sports.

Mr. Dolisca also handles the purchasing needs for team-specific equipment and apparel through strategic awareness of the condition of current inventory and each program’s operations and monitors the supply and equipment inventory levels to ensure replenishment.

Prior to joining the Houston staff, Mr. Dolisca was a Director of Cal Berkeley’s Olympic Sports Athletics Equipment Department. In this position Mr. Dolisca was the Supervisor of Athletic Equipment from July 2017-December 2022 where he supervised the purchasing and inventory of athletic apparel, equipment, and maintained accurate information and records regarding quantities, pricing, and shipment and delivery information.

Prior to his time at Cal, he served in the same role at the University of Cincinnati from March 2015-July 2017 supervising the Bearcats’ football operations and supporting the apparel transition for the 19 other programs to Under Armour.

A native of West Palm Beach, Florida, he received his bachelor’s degree in international Affairs from Florida State University in 2011. He currently resides in Houston and is and always will be an optimist.
