Colby Murray joined the University of Houston Athletics Department in Nov. 2021 and was elevated to Director of Grounds, Facilities and Events in September 2023. In this role, Murray oversees the mowing, fertilizing, painting and irrigation of the fields.
Murray is a 2019 graduate of Penn State where he earned his degree in turfgrass science.
