Ashley Criollo joined the University of Houston Athletics Department in October 2025 as Assistant Director of Ticket Operations, where she oversees ticket operations for Volleyball, Softball, and Track & Field.
Criollo joins Houston from the University of Maryland, where she worked in the ticket office managing game day operations for several sports. She also brings professional sports experience from her time working in ticket and fan services for the Philadelphia Eagles.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Criollo graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University in 2022.
