Ashley Criollo joined the University of Houston Ticket department as an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations and oversees ticket operations for women's basketball and softball.
She joins Houston from Maryland, where she worked in the ticket office assisting with ticket operations for several sports and managing game-day operations. She also brings professional experience from the Philadelphia Eagles, where she worked in Ticket and Fan Services.
Criollo graduated from Temple in 2022.
