Competed in three events at the inaugural American Athletic Conference Championships... Clocked personal best times in the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.38) and the 100-yard freestyle (53.43) during the Phil Hansel Meet.
Competed in the 100-yard backstroke, 100-yard butterfly and 200-yard IM at the C-USA Championships... Clocked PR's in all three events: 100-yard backstroke (59.18), 100-yard butterfly (56.16), 200-yard IM (2:09.20)... Ranked No. 10 all-time in UH record books in the 100-yard butterfly (56.16).
Member of 200 medley relay team that set the Virginia state record... Swam under head coach Jay Thorpe at Battlefield High School... Member of team that won the district championships all four years and took two regional titles.
