SENIOR (2023)
- Ran the second-fastest indoor 3,000 meters in school history at the Tyson Invitational, finishing fourth with an 8:07.98 time.
- Won the 5,000 meters with the seventh-fastest time in school history at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 14:19.64.
- Ran a leg of the silver medal Distance Medley Relay squad at the American Indoor Championships.
- Set a personal record in the 10,000 meters at the American Championships.
- Broke the meet record in the 3,000 meters at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational.
- Ran a lifetime-best 3:52.84 in outdoor 1,500 meters at the LSU Joe May Invitational (April 9), finishing fifth
- Ran a lifetime-best 15:15.81 in Indoor 5000 Meters Final at Houston G5 & Super 22 Invitational (Jan. 28-29), finishing second
- Ran a lifetime-best 8:18.86 in Indoor 3000 Meters Final at Charlie Thomas Invitational (Feb. 4-5), finishing fifth
- Ran a lifetime-best 1:54.26 in Indoor 800 Meters Final at Howie Ryan Invitational (Feb. 11), finishing third

Indoor
Finished third in the mile at the Leonard Hilton Memorial Invitational... helped the Cougars finish third in the DMR at the Houston G5 & Super 22 Invitational... posted pair of lifetime best at The American Championships with a time of 1:55.52 in the 800m and 4:15.45 in the mile.
