The $130 million Memorial Hermann Football Operations Center features amenities including state-of-the-art sports performance centers, an academic support services suite, a leading-edge locker room facility, student-athlete flex space and office space to house the Houston Football coaching and support staff. The Memorial Hermann Football Operations Center also provides additional premium seating to TDECU Stadium with 14 suites, a 450-seat club section with access to an 11,000-square-foot club and 300-seat roof terrace facing inward to John M. O'Quinn Field. The FOC was completed in August 2025.

YOKUBAITIS HALL
The official entryway into the Memorial Hermann Football Operations Center, Yokubaitis Hall showcases the rich history of Houston Cougar Football and greets guests and spectators visiting the building or attending a game in the Touchdown Club.
TOUCHDOWN CLUB
Located in the west endzone of TDECU Stadium, the 11,000-square foot Touchdown Club puts you up close to the action while offering extra-wide, comfortable seating. This premium area also includes an indoor, air-conditioned club space featuring full-service bars, lounge furniture, and TVs. Amenities include unlimited complimentary buffet, cash bars, private restrooms and TVs featuring Hulu and Live TV.
QUEENIE'S PARTY PATIO
Plaza area on top of the Touchdown Club connecting the north and south 300-level concourses with an awning providing shade. Located in the west endzone of TDECU Stadium, Queenie O'Rourke’s Party Patio is part of the Memorial Hermann Football Operations Center and offers expansive views of the field. Guests will enjoy wide chairback seats, with convenient access to concessions and restrooms.
LOCKER ROOM
State of the art locker room features individual lockers with digital board name plates, a relaxation room, a movie theater and much more. A car-wash like shower system to eliminate dirt, grass, turf and sweat to keep the locker room clean and a down-and-back cold plunge pool helps the athletes cool their bodies and speed up the recovery process after competing in the Houston weather.
AUDITORIUM
A 156 seat team room with movie-theater like chairs allows every member of the Houston Football program to meet daily with a floor to ceiling projector wall where details, schemes, and other information can be displayed to ensure the entire team has everything they need to be successful.
MEDICAL CLINIC
Brand new athletic training room that is 2.5x the square footage as the previous athletic training room in the Athletic Center and is a football-only training room. The clinic includes two doctors offices, three staff offices with c-arm, hydrotherapy room, rehabilitation section and a 12 table treatment area.Â
SPORTS PERFORMANCE CENTER
Located on the second floor and measuring approximately 21,000 square feet, Houston's weight room provides everything for the student-athletes to compete at the highest level including varied step height stair cases and a ramp for exercises.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT SUITE
The academic suite in the Memorial Hermann Football Operations Center features eight learning rooms a computer lab and houses Houston's football-specific academics team of counselors, learning specialists and tutors.Â
