LOST/DESTROYED TICKETS
The Houston Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. A fee will be assessed to you for any lost/stolen tickets with no exceptions. Duplicates will only be issued for the season ticket holder on file when the request is made in writing to the Houston Athletics Ticket Office. All requests for reprinted tickets must be made the week of the game and may be picked up at Will Call of TDECU Stadium at Gate 1.

The Houston Athletics Ticket Office will not replace tickets purchased on a third party website.

Please contact the Athletics Ticket Office if you have any questions regarding lost or destroyed tickets.

CHILDREN/INFANT ADMISSION POLICY
Everyone ages three (3) years and older must have a ticket to enter the Fertitta Center. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time change.

UH STUDENT TICKETS
All UH Students are admitted FREE to regular season women's basketball home games. Each student must present a valid Cougar Card at the Cullen Street side of the Fertitta Center for admission.

Tickets are not needed; all student sections are General Admission. Admission is first-come, first-served and based on availability. Just show your Cougar Card for admittance.

Cougar Cards are NOT valid for admission to Conference Championship or NCAA postseason events.
