ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible seating is limited. If you need accessible seating, please contact the Houston Athletics Ticket Office as soon as possible prior to the day of the game. Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please submit address changes via email to tickets@central.uh.edu. It is your responsibility to inform the Houston Athletics Ticket Office of any changes in your address. All season tickets and subsequent information will be sent to the address on file.
UH ATHLETICS TICKET POLICY
All children ages 3 and older must have a ticket. Any child two (2) and under must sit in the lap of the parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat. No outside food or drinks are allowed in TDECU Stadium. The University of Houston is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Tickets obtained from unofficial or unauthorized sources, including but not limited to ticket brokers, fraudulent, lost, stolen or duplicated tickets, may be seized and/or canceled without refund.
The ticket holder, by attending the event, voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event he or she is attending, whether occurring prior to or subsequent to the actual event. This ticket is a revocable limited license to attend a specific athletics event. The University of Houston may in its sole discretion revoke this license and eject or refuse entry to the ticket holder for violation of terms and conditions noted herein, stadium rules, illegal activity or misconduct. The ticket holder consents to all searches of person or property as a condition of entry and to confiscation of any and all prohibited items. Dates and times of events are subject to change without notice or any right of refund.
The ticket holder, by attending the event, grants the University of Houston, for the benefit of its Athletics Department, a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual and permanent right and license to use (and to sub-license the use of) his or her name and likeness if it is included in any broadcast, photograph, recording or display in any form of media of or relating to the event he or she is attending.
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets. No re-entry into TDECU Stadium is allowed.

FOOTBALL GAME CANCELATION POLICY
Fans with tickets to a game that is canceled and not rescheduled will be credited with the face value of the ticket to a future game in the same football season as the canceled game. If the fan would like a refund of the purchased value, this refund must be redeemed within 10 days of the canceled game.
Houston Athletics reserves the right to cancel any ticket purchase(s) (less all fees) made for the sole purpose of resale without notification.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds, exchanges or cancelations are permitted. Refunds will not be granted due to a game date or time changes.
LOST/DESTROYED TICKETS
Lost and/or destroyed tickets can be reissued to season ticket holders by logging into your online account. For login information, please contact the Houston Athletics Ticket Office at 713-GO-COOGS (462-6647).

POSTSEASON TICKET INFORMATION
Football Season Ticket holders will receive more information regarding postseason once the information is available.
GROUP SEATING PROCESS – FOOTBALL POSTSEASON
All postseason ticket purchasers who are seeking to sit together as a group will have the ability to request to sit together at the postseason football game in which Houston is selected to participate.
All purchasers who request group seating will be ranked in priority order based on the Cougar Pride Priority Point System of the lowest-ranked Cougar Pride member within the group.
