Mowbray has been the most solid performer for the Cougar golf team this season. He improved his score during each round at the season-opening Mean Green Classic... Was the Cougars' steadiest performer during the spring season-opening appearance at the Waikoloa Intercollegiate? Fired a 1-under-par 71 in the final two rounds to finish in a tie for 24th place... Finished in a tie for 9th place at the Morris Williams Intercollegiate after shooting even par or better in all three rounds... Earned a seventh-place finish at the Border Olympics after shooting a career-best 4-under-par 212.
2002-03 SEASON: Made his collegiate debut at the Windon Memorial Classic... Fired a 1-under-par 71 in the final round of that event to jump into a tie for the team lead at 225... Led the Cougars in only the second tournament of his young career at the PING Arizona Intercollegiate... Tied for 26th at the Arizona tournament... Fired a 1-under par in the second round of that tournament and capped his stay there with an even-par 70 in the final round to finish at 213... Fired a 70 and 71 in the first two rounds at the Waikoloa Intercollegiate to help lead the Cougars to a third-place finish... Fired an even-par 72 in the first round of the Morris Williams Intercollegiate.
