Sara Crutcher joined the University of Houston Department of Athletics as assistant marketing director for soccer and softball in July 2016. In 2017-18, Crutcher took over marketing efforts for women's basketball.
Crutcher came to the Cougars from Alabama where she worked as a marketing gameday assistant for football, basketball, softball, baseball, rowing and gymnastics from 2015-16. Additionally, she directed Crimson Tide reward program.
Crutcher graduated from Texas Tech with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management in 2015. She received a master's in management from Alabama in 2016.
A native of Bushland, Texas, Crutcher is engaged to Shuler Sitsch. The two are set to be wed in June 2018.
