Swimming and Diving letterwinner Natalie Newcomb joined the University of Houston Athletic Ticket Office as an account executive in June 2014. She assists customers in purchasing season tickets, group outing and mini plans for Houston Athletics events. She continued in that role until September 2014.
Newcomb previously worked as an assistant swim coach/water fitness instructor/swim lesson instructor at River Oaks Country Club in Houston from 2012 to 2013, leading eight swimmers to the Gulf Championships.
Newcomb, who is a Slidell, La., native was a four-year letterwinner in the breaststroke, butterfly and individual medley for the Cougars from 2008 to 2012, serving as team captain during her final two seasons. She finished among the top-16 leaders in every event in which she competed at the Conference USA Championships during her career.
She received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology-fitness/sports administration in 2012 and was a member of the University of Houston chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success.
