Monique Andy joined the Department of Athletics on a full-time basis as video coordinator in 2015 but is no stranger to the department.
She originally joined the Department as a production assistant in 2012 and worked her way to her current position.
As video coordinator, Andy produces web content for Houston Athletics social media sites and assists with marketing and promotional shoots throughout the season.Her assignment covers all 17 sport programs while working closely with Football, Women's Basketball and Softball.
She began her professional career in 2011 as a production assistant with Houston PBS on the series Living Smart and later as a production intern with the Houston Rockets for scoreboard and operations.
Andy, who is a Houston native, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston in 2012.
