Basketball Ticket Donations and Ticket Transfer Program
Not able to use your tickets for a game??? Check out these two great new options for season ticket members this year. One option rewards season ticket members with Cougar Pride priority points for donating your tickets, while the other make it easy to transfer tickets online to guests.
RETURN TICKETS for DONATION
Return your ticket(s) to the Houston Athletic Ticket Office online. Returned tickets will be donated to various local Houston charities and youth organizations. Please note - returning tickets for donation DOES NOT qualify as a charitable tax deduction.
Instructions
1 - Visit UHCougars.com/tickets and click on Tickets
2 - Sign in to your account using your Account Number and Password
3 - Click on Return in the menu under My Tickets
4 - Click on the game you would like to Return for Priority Points
5 - Check the box next to the exact seat(s) you would like to Return for Priority Points and click Next
6 - Confirm the seat(s) you would like to Return for Priority Points by clicking Yes, Proceed Donation
Fans will receive one (1) Priority Point for every $100 (face value) worth of single-game tickets donated. Priority Points will be applied on an annual basis by April 1.
TICKET TRANSFER
Transfer your ticket to another Houston Basketball fan online! Once the transfer is complete, the recipient will receive a Print-at-Home version of ticket via email.
Instructions
1 - Visit UHCougars.com/tickets and click on Tickets
2 - Sign in to your account using your Account Number and Password
3 - Click on Transfer in the menu under My Tickets
4 - Check the box beside the game(s) you would like to transfer and click Next
5 - Check the box next to the exact seat(s) you would like to transfer, fill out the Transfer Recipient information and click Next
6 - Confirm the seat(s) you would like to transfer and click Yes, Make Transfer
