Made his season debut at season-opening Marquette Intercollegiate at Erin Hills at Erin Hills Golf Course in Hartford, Wis... Tied for 70th with score of 223... Posted score of 219 and tied for 18th to lead Cougars at The Williams Cup at Eagle Point Golf Club in Wilmington, N.C... Posted career-best second-place finish at Border Olympics with score of 7-under 209 at Laredo Country Club in Laredo, Texas... Fell on second hole of playoff to teammate Alexander Frances... Fired scores of 70-69-70 to force playoff.
SENIOR (2020-21)
Made his season debut at Rice Intercollegiate at Westwood Country Club in Houston... Tied for ninth with score of 145... Posted a 66 in Final Round of Bayou City Collegiate Classic to tie for 16th at 2-under 214 at Westwood Golf Club in Houston. Summer: Tied for 12th with score of 5-under 279 at XCII Mexico Internacional Amateur... Opened that tournament with a 67 and posted a Final-Round 68.
JUNIOR (2019-20)
Competed in seven tournaments... One of four Cougars to compete in all seven team-scoring events... Tied for third on team with 10 rounds of par or better. Fall – Made his season debut at the fall-opening Lone Star Invitational at TPC San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas... Led Cougars in the Final Round with a 70 to surge into a tie for 13th at 220... Posted score of 3-under 210 to tie for 12th and tie for team lead at Trinity Forest Invitational at Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas. Spring – Led Cougars at All-American Intercollegiate with score of 5-under-211 to tie for seventh... Fired three straight rounds of par or lower at that event... Posted Houston’s low round of tournament with 69 in Final Round at Cabo Collegiate on Cove Club Course at Cabo del Sol. Summer – Drained a hole-in-one on No. 5 with 7-iron during Second Round of Texas Amateur Championship at Boot Ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas.
SOPHOMORE (2018-19)
Fall – Made his season debut at Maridoe Intercollegiate at Maridoe Golf Club in Carrollton,Texas... Led the Cougars with a 71 in the Second Round of that tournament and tied for 41st at 228. Spring – Tied for 22nd at rain-shortened All-American Intercollegiate with score of 147... Closed that tournament at Golf Club of Houston with an even-par 72.
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2017-18)
Fall – Did not compete. Spring – Made his collegiate debut as an individual in a round of stroke play against Minnesota at Augusta Pine Golf Club in Spring, Texas... Posted a 73 at that event to tie for fourth... Tied for 20th at the Colin Montgomerie Invitational at Augusta Pines Golf Club with a score of 218... Opened that tournament with a 71.
FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Sat out as a redshirt and did not compete.
PRE-HOUSTON
(2015-16): Spent the school year in Texas in preparation for collegiate career with the Cougars... In his first start at a junior event in Texas, shared medalist honors at the Augusta Pines Christmas Challenge at Augusta Pines Golf Club with a score of 3-under 69... Tied for fifth at the TJGT Holiday Classic in Barton Creek with a score of 221. Pre-Houston: Attended Glenalmond College in Perthshire, Scotland... Posted 73.2 scoring average as a senior... Graduate in spring 2015... Served as captain of the golf team and won multiple honors... Led Glenalmond to a fourth-place finish at the national tournament, compiling a 5-1 record in singles play at that event... Also led school to the 2015 District Championship, a first in school history... Received the 2015 Gary Harvey Trophy, was named the 2015 Perth & Kinross Order of Merit Player of the Year and captured the St. Andrews Links Medal... Was the County/District junior champion in both the 2015 Stroke Play and Match Play Championships... Won many local Junior Club Open Championships, including events at Carnoustie, Blairgowrie, Dunfermline and Kingsbarns... Received the St. Andrews Links Medal at the 2015 St. Andrew’s Boys Open, an international junior tournament with finalists competing in Rounds 4 and 5 on the Old Course... Captured the 2014 Junior Championship on his home course of Blairgowrie Golf Club.
