Made his Houston debut at Rice Intercollegiate at Westwood Country Club in Houston... Tied for 13th with score of 147... Opened that tournament with a 69... Finished sixth with score of 222 at Lone Star Invitational at Golf Club of Houston in Humble, Texas.
SENIOR (2019-20)
One of four Cougars to compete in all seven team-scoring tournaments... Tied for second on team with a 72.17 scoring average... Tied for second on team with four rounds in the 60s... Tied for team’s low round of season with 65 in Final Round at Trinity Forest Invitational. Fall – Made his season debut at the fall-opening Lone Star Invitational at TPC San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas... Led the Cougars with a score of even-par 216, including a 69 in the First Round, to finish sixth... Fired a bogey-free 65 in Final Round at Trinity Forest Invitational at Trinity Forest Golf Club in Dallas... Lowered his score with each round and tied for 17th at 2-under 211... Tied for team lead with score of 214 at Intercollegiate at Innisbrook on Copperhead Course at Innisbrook Golf Club in Palm Harbor, Fla... Closed that tournament with even-par 71s in final two rounds. Spring – Tied for 30th with score of 218 at the Cougars’ All-American Intercollegiate at Golf Club of Houston in Humble, Texas.
JUNIOR (2018-19)
Finished third on team with a 73.32 scoring average and 10 rounds of par or better. Fall – Made his Houston and season debut at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate at Mirabel Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz... Fired three straight rounds of 70 to tie for 35th at 210... Closed out the Ka’anapali Collegiate Classic with a 67 and tied for 33rd at 3-under 210 on the Royal Ka’anapali Course at Ka’anapali Golf Club in Lahaina, Maui, to close out the fall season. Spring – Tied for 58th at the rain-shortened All-American Intercollegiate at Golf Club of Houston with a score of 153... Lowered his score with each round at Border Olympics... Tied for 10th with score of 4-under 212 at Laredo Country Club in Laredo, Texas.
PRE-HOUSTON
Sophomore (2017-18): Honored as PING All-America First-Team selection... Finished as the national runner-up at the NCAA Division III Championships after falling short in a three-hole playoff... Finished with a 72.67 scoring average and three Top-5 finishes... Did not finish outside of the Top-20 leaders in any of the 10 tournaments in which he competed... Fired a 68 in Final Round at John Bohmann Memorial Invitational to open season. Freshman (2016-17): Named to PING All-West Region Team... Recorded a 73.88 scoring average with five Top-5 finishes... Finished third at the ASC Championships... Tied for third individually at the Texas Cup... Grabbed a tie for sixth in the Tornado Shootout...
