
Kick Time, Network Announced for Kansas Matchup

Cougars, Jayhawks to kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT on ESPN+
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – University of Houston Football's Big 12 matchup against Kansas, set for Saturday, Oct. 19, from GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, will kick off at 2:30 p.m. CT and be broadcast on ESPN+, the league office announced Monday.
The meeting is the fifth in the history of the programs and first as co-Big 12 Conference members. Houston heads into the matchup with the opportunity to pick up a second league win after knocking off TCU, 30-19, on Friday in Fort Worth, Texas.
Fans making the trip to Kansas City, Mo., can purchase tickets here. "Coogs on the Road" presented by Houston Alumni will feature a Friday, Oct. 18, meeting from 6-8 p.m. at Brooksider Sportsbar & Grill (6330 Brookside Plaza). To register, click here.
Houston returns home to celebrate Homecoming on Saturday, Oct. 26, against #16/17 Utah, before facing #18/19 Kansas State in the program's annual Black Out Game and Heroes Night on Saturday, Nov. 2. As part of a special "buy" week offer, fans can purchase 200-level seats starting at just $15 for each of the Cougars remaining three home games including the Senior Day finale against in-state rival Baylor on Saturday, Nov. 23. The discounted ticket deadline expires is midnight, Sunday.
